Portfolio Partners

The General Partners have established a network of seasoned private equity professional who source transactions, procure capital, and assist in developing and exiting portfolio companies. These individuals are referred to as “Portfolio Partners” or fund-less sponsors. They are critical to the Fund¹s success. Cardinal’s Portfolio Partners enable the General Partners to have a national footprint for deal sourcing and investment management capabilities. Typically, the Portfolio Partner is well known by the Principals and has a prior transaction experience with them.
