  Cardinal was instrumental in recruiting all members of the senior management team, including the CEO, who was an advisor to Cardinal.

• Acquisition of Concourse Communications.

  Cardinal was primarily responsible for the successful acquisition of Concourse Communications by Tego. This acquisition was a transformational event for the company because it provided critical mass and entrance into the lucrative airport market.
