Investment Inquiry
Cardinal Growth welcomes the opportunity to discuss your company's need for equity financing. Its Principals review proposals submitted by operating managers and principal shareholders, as well as proposals from the financial community.
Investment proposals submitted for consideration should include a description of the request and intended use of the investment proceeds. This information is generally communicated most productively through a concise operational business plan and proposal for financing. Such a plan should include the following information:
- A brief description of the company's history and business objectives
- Biographical information on key management personnel
- Description of products or services
- Business and operating strategy
- Sales and marketing plan
- Industry and competitive analyses
- Details on existing ownership and capital structure
- Historical financial information including income statements and balance sheets
- Financial projections including income statements, capital expenditure forecasts, and proforma balance sheets
Cardinal Growth maintains excellent relationships with the financial, professional, and business communities. Investment referrals from investment banking firms, brokers, lenders, attorneys, accountants, consultants, business executives, and other investors are welcome. All information is treated confidentially. Cardinal Growth will pay reasonable fees to intermediaries. Although it originates and serves as the lead investor in most investment transactions, Cardinal Growth will also participate in investment syndications with other professional investors.
Business plans and proposals for financing may be submitted to either the company's office or by attachment to electronic mail. After your plan has been submitted, we suggest a follow up call to one of our Principals to verify its receipt. See Contact Us |
